Our core focus is build-to-print manufacturing, specializing in custom wire harnesses, cable assemblies, electrical interconnects, control wiring, and light electromechanical assemblies. We are developing flexible manufacturing capabilities supported by modern production equipment, standardized processes, and comprehensive inspection and testing procedures to accommodate projects ranging from custom prototypes to production-scale manufacturing.

Chet Hakanson
Founder & Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Chet Hakanson is the founder and driving force behind Strategic Works Technologies, bringing over 30 years of engineering, technical leadership, business management, and systems integration experience to the company. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Wright State University and completed General Motors' MBA-style Executive Business Management and Leadership Program through the Dale Carnegie Institute, providing advanced training in business administration, organizational leadership, strategic management, and operational effectiveness.
Throughout his distinguished career as a Senior Integration Engineer, Chet has specialized in advanced systems design, engineering analysis, testing, troubleshooting, and complex technology integration. His professional background includes extensive engineering experience supporting Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) programs, Department of Defense initiatives, industrial automation, and advanced engineering systems.
His technical expertise encompasses C, C++, and Java software development, ABB industrial robotics and automation, Westinghouse electrical power distribution systems, and the integration of sophisticated hardware and software technologies. His combination of engineering expertise and executive business education provides a strong foundation for technical program management, strategic planning, manufacturing operations, and organizational leadership.
